Application and features

Picking loops by blowing wind

For digital printing,before steaming,the color fastness is not high,most of which are floating color,traditional bar can cause problems of staining the cloth.

This machine is a unique style forming loops with blowing wind to solve the problem of facade cantact leading to staining the cloth and machanical stoppage,truly non-contact fabricin the steaming process.

Traditional cloth hanging is formed by steam nozzle to blow cloth,uneven temperature,humidity,could easily lead to uneven fabric surface color.It has high requirements for steam,tiny water droplets in the steam is likely to cause water droplets on the printed fabrics.

Our company uses wind tunnel to form loops with air circulation in the box,having an even temperature and humidity,there won't be any water droplets or color difference,the temperature and humidity is even inside.
